Find below a small selection of bespoke stainless steel fabrications, from hoppers and chutes to frames and sheet metal fabrications.
The stainless steel cone hopper above was fabricated in 2012 from 1.5mm rigged stainless steel, this was used to transfer produce from a multi head weigher to a bagging machine. This is 1.3 metres in diameter and 550mm high.
Stainless steel fabrications
The stainless steel fabrication above was manufactured for a client which specializes in water features. This unit has four individual water falls positioned at the top of the sheet panels, the water is pumped up from the base reservoir, this allows the water to cascade evenly down the wall over the letters.
This unit was fabricated in July 2013
Its 3.3metres tall & 7 metres long
The above stainless steel frames were fabricated from 80x80x5mm box section and finished to an extremely high polished specification.
These frames were manufactured a our premises in March Cambridgeshire in 2015
The stainless steel hopper above was manufactured in 2016. This is used to mix mayonnaise, this unit holds 400 litres

The top hat style stainless steel fabrication above was made for a steam vent cover, this was fabricated from 1.5mm DP1 sheet, this was made in 2015

These types of stainless steel transfer hoppers are regularly used between multi-head weighing machines and vertical form fill bagging machines. This hopper is fabricated from stainless steel sheet metal and comprises of 3 laser cut parts, 1 the base flange C/W mounting holes, 2 the beveled rolled cylinder and 3 the oblique rolled cone. This hopper is used in an onion factory pack-house.
This stainless steel hopper is a little bit unusual, as it has a flat sided oval base flange, this was used for transferring lettuce leafs from a weighing conveyor into a bagging machine.
The hopper above was used to transfer carrots from a wieghing machine to a bagging machine.

The above stainless steel fabrication was built to house an electric blower which is used on one of our vegetable washing machines, this cover helps in reducing the noise and looks nicer than the blower unit!

The stainless steel fabrication above was made to go into a water treatment works. This trough is 11 metres long when its assembled, it tappers down by 400mm from one end to the other.
This stainless steel fabrication was manufactured in 2014, this is the second unit we have fabricated of this style this year.
