Roller table
Please see below two different types of roller tables
This stainless steel powered roller inspection table is driven by chains located internally which the rollers are fixed into. This roller inspection table conveyor is used to rotate the produce enabling operators to identify & reject poor produce via the side chutes located on the machine. This is then transferred to the waste conveyor located underneath.
- This machine is 4 metres long x 900mm wide
- This was built in 2007
The roller table above was used to inspect and sort oranges, lemons and limes. This unit is 3 metres long and 900mm wide. It’s running speed is 3 metres per minute, this is adjustable via electronic speed control inverter.
- This roller table was fabricated from grade 304 stainless steel.
- This unit was manufactured in 2014
The above roller table was use to inspect and sort garlic.
- This unit was 2 meters long by 800mm wide
- This roller table was built in 2010
This is a different type of powered roller conveyor track, the rollers in this system are stationery & connected to each other via power bands. Every 7th roller is a powered roller, this drives the 6 rollers behind it. The benefit of this conveyor system is that it allows the roller track to be divided into working zones to allow the trays of produce that travel along it to be delivered to the correct working stations.

- This was built in 2011
The above powered roller conveyor was used in a busy packaging warehouse, these units were integrated into our customers existing system.

- These units were built in 2012
