Metal folding
We pride ourselfs in producing high end profiles when metal folding / bending wether it’s using our 3m Amada CNC press brake or our rolling machines.
Metal folding using the latest version of Autocad Inventor software coupled with our highly experenced team we fold what others can not!

The stainless steel cone hopper above was fabricated in 2012 from 1.5mm rigged stainless steel, this was used to transfer produce from a multi head weigher to a bagging machine. This is 1.3 metres in diameter and 550mm high.
The fabrication above were manufactured from 1.6mm DP1 sheet this was made 2012 this was used to transfer lettuce leafs from a wieghing machine to a bagging machine.
The fabricated tappered trough above was manufactured from 2mm DP1 sheet this was made 2014 this was used as part of a water treatment system.
The fabrication above were manufactured from 2mm DP1 sheet this was made 2012 this was used to store equipment in a high care area.
