Conveyor maintenance

Our experienced team are able to offer a comprehensive range of conveyor maintenance & servicing  from complete overhauls to monthly scheduled plans.  We are experts in servicing a great number of machines including conveyors to complex grading systems & specialized processing machinery.

The above maintenance was carried out on a WYMA vegetable polishing machine this involves both ends of the machine being completely stripped down including drive belts / drive pulleys complete with tapper locks, 45mm bearings x 28 off, we can then remove the shafts from the machine and replace the brush units, then re-assemble the machine with new bearings seals and belts. this kind of  conveyor maintenance is carried out on an annual basis.
